I made this wreath today using CTMH retired papers (My customer needed a very specific color combo). The outer tubes are 5x6, and inner tubes are 3x4. I used contraband lol, ribbon because it had the wiring in it and I knew it would keep the spiraling (created by wrapping around a pencil). Easy, fast, and cute!
